1. General Information About the Online Store

The products in this online store are sold by Tmi Tiina Väliemi (Business ID 2247399-2). We sell products to adult private consumers within Finland. All prices include 25.5% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.


2. Ordering

Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the order at checkout.

All customer data is handled confidentially. Contact details collected during the order process are used only for order delivery or to resolve any issues related to the order.

Order confirmations are sent by email and include the order price, shipping costs, delivery time, and ordered products. A valid email address is required to receive an order confirmation.

The customer agrees to the shipping terms valid at the time of each order.

3. Payment Methods

Products and any applicable shipping costs are paid at the time of ordering, regardless of the delivery method.

Payments can be made via Paytrail online payment service. Accepted cards include Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express.

You can also use online banking payment buttons from all Finnish banks, including Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Bank, and Ålandsbanken.

The payment recipient shown on your bank statement will be Paytrail Oyj, which processes payments on behalf of the merchant. After payment, you are redirected securely to your own bank.

Credit card payments use Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Paytrail appears as the recipient on your card statement.

Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time is 3–7 business days from payment of the order. Orders are typically shipped within two business days after receiving the order.

Any exceptions to delivery times are stated in product descriptions or the shopping cart.

If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order to check availability of express shipping.


4.1 Orders within the EU

Delivery time is 4–8 business days.


4.2 Orders to Japan

Delivery time is 6–14 business days.

Please note that for orders outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping costs. Please contact your local customs authorities for more information.

Finnish VAT (24%) is automatically deducted from the total order amount for non-EU orders.


5. Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders are delivered as parcels or letters. Only parcels include tracking.

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. The exact cost is shown at checkout after selecting the shipping method.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our store at Iso Roobertinkatu 33, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. No shipping fee applies to store pickup.

Kuviokioski reserves the right to change prices.


6. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have a 14-day return and exchange right in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

The return right applies only to unused, resaleable items in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in complaint cases).

Returns older than 14 days from delivery are not accepted.

Once the return has been approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


6.1 Complaints

For defective products, please contact us immediately before returning the item and follow the instructions provided.

In complaint cases, the seller has the right to first repair the product or replace it with a defect-free item. Alternatively, the purchase may be refunded.

If a product is lost, damaged during transport, or incorrect, the customer must report the issue immediately to info(at)kuviokioski.com.

Notification of defects must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

If the package is damaged during shipping, a claim must also be filed with the carrier immediately.


7. Other Terms

We reserve the right to update these delivery terms. Customers must review the terms in effect at the time of each order.

Kuviokioski treats all customer data as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
