Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision by sending an email to info@kuviokioski.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning a product without prior notice or failing to collect a shipment does not constitute a valid cancellation.

Returning Products

Returned products must be sent back no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice.

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Whenever possible, it should also be returned in its original packaging.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and approved, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including the original standard delivery costs paid in connection with the order.

Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We will process the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@kuviokioski.com.

We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, provide a replacement product, refund, or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

International Returns from Outside the European Union

If a return is shipped from a country outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees associated with the return, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

Please clearly mark the shipment as "Returned Goods" on all customs documentation to help avoid unnecessary customs charges and delays.

If customs duties, taxes, or other governmental fees are charged to Kuviokioski upon receipt of the returned goods, we reserve the right to deduct such costs from the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
