Delivery terms

1. General information about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by Tmi Tiina Väliniemi (business ID 2247399-2). We sell products to individuals of legal age in Finland. The prices of the products include 25.5% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs.

2. Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order is not used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise. We confirm orders by email, which states the order price, delivery costs, delivery time and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when ordering.

The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order.

3. Payment methods

Products and their possible shipping costs are paid for at the time of ordering, regardless of the delivery method. In the online store, you can pay with Paytrail online payment. You can also pay for your purchase with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards.

You have access to payment buttons from all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement, which forwards your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments: the online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Paytrail appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

4. Delivery time

The delivery time for products is 3-5 business days from the date of payment. We normally ship the products within two business days of receiving the order.

We will inform you about exceptional delivery times in the product-specific product descriptions or in the shopping cart. If you need the product faster than the promised product-specific delivery time, you can always contact us, for example by email, before placing your order and inquire about the possibility of express delivery.

5. Delivery method and delivery costs

We deliver orders as a parcel or letter. Only parcels can be tracked using a tracking number. For more information about Posti's parcel options, fees and shipping methods, visit www.posti.fi

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. You can view shipping costs after selecting the payment and shipping method in the shopping cart.


Alternatively, you can also pick up the product directly from our store at Iso Roobertinkatu 33, 00120 Helsinki. If you choose pickup as the delivery method, we do not charge any delivery fees.

Kuviokioski reserves the right to change prices.


6. Exchange and return conditions

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return (excluding complaints).

If you would like to exchange the product for another or make a complaint, please contact us by email at info(at)kuviokioski.com before mailing the product.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return is received and processed.


6.1. Complaints

In the event of a complaint (defective product), please contact us immediately before returning the product by email at info(at)kuviokioski.com and then follow the instructions you receive. In the event of a complaint, the seller has the right to primarily repair the defect in the product or replace it with a defect-free product. Alternatively, the transaction may be cancelled and the price of the product refunded to the customer.

Problems during transportation: if the product is lost during transportation, damaged, or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info(at)kuviokioski.com.

Notification of incorrect delivery or damaged product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made to the post office immediately.


7. Change

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.

Kuviokioski treats all customer information completely confidentially and undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.
